We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals for the position of Community Support Specialist. The Community Support Specialist (CSS) is responsible for providing quality supports and actively engaging with individuals to ensure their health and safety. The CSS will empower individuals in making decisions, in understanding and exercising their rights, as well as to provide support to them while in the community to achieve their individual goals.

            • Required Education:
              • High School Diploma or Equivalent
            • Other Requirements:
              • CPR/First Aid (Training may be available for qualified candidates)
              • Medication Administration Level 1 (Training may be available for qualified candidates)
              • Current auto insurance & Class E License or equivalent
              • CPI and Mandt Certifications – (Training may be available for qualified candidates)
              • As well as other agency online and class-based training
            • Minimum Years of Experience:
              • Minimum of 1-year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, customer service and/or educational experience preferred

              • The ability to see, hear, sit and stand as well as walk, bend, use stairs, carry and lift supplies.
              • Must be physically able to provide necessary first aid/emergency medical treatment
              • Provide physical support to individuals such as lifting up to 75lbs, assisting with personal needs, etc. and to physically evacuate consumers in case of fire/natural disaster.
              • Must be reliable and possess the ability to work with varying personalities and support needs.
              • Must be able to make sound and immediate decisions in order to ensure the safety of people we support.

            Physical Requirement and Work Environment

            • Walking, Standing, Lifting
              • Up to 6-8 hours
              • Up to but not limited to 75lbs bending from the floor to over the shoulders.
            • Travel
              • Up to 25% of the time with use of both agency and personal vehicles in St. Louis and surrounding areas.
            • Work Environment
              • Event setting with typically 2-4 staff at an event. Can be multi-level venue with stairs.
              • Work hours may vary based on the consumers need.
            • Equipment
              • Personal vehicle in good working order that has four seatbelts or agency issued vehicle. Must be properly licensed.

            Current Position we are looking for the Best and Top candidates:


            Current Client is a company that has been installing and servicing  waste oil furnace systems for over 28 years in the business. Clean Energy waste oil furnaces effectively and using in-home generated waste oil and turning it into a renewable energy source capable of heating an entire shop. With existing customers around the Missouri and Illinois area they have provided installs, service, and maintenance to 26 of the top car dealerships.

            Must have:


            • Experienced Waste Oil Furnace Installer (starting $30 per hr)

            • HVAC tech willing to learn from and experienced tech of 30 years ($12 per hr training)

            • Candidate who can travel in a company vehicle with a clean drivers record.

            • Able to take down customer waste burners clean, service and reinstall burners at customer facilities.

            • Perform diagnostics electrical testing of equipment while all work is in compliance with codes and manufacturer's instructions.


            Facility is located in the St. Peters area with Traveling from facility to dealership.

            Would like the person to be coachable and willing to learn a job.

             Internship Qualifications

            Service Coordinator Position

            · Provide support to the office staff and perform administrative and official duties

            Job description:
